International Client Support Executive(Voice/Chat/Blended)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the International Client Support Executive (Voice/Chat/Blended) role. This is an excellent opportunity to work with top global clients in a dynamic, fast-paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound international customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls, emails, and chat professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Follow company protocols and maintain data confidentiality.

Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a rotational shifts/night shifts.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage various communication channels effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting interactions.

QUALIFICATION:

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
• Experienced candidates with up to 5 years in international voice/blended processes are preferred.
