Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent and empathetic service.
• Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Follow company protocols and maintain strict data confidentiality.

Who We're Looking For

• Freshers: We welcome freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Experienced Candidates: We are looking for individuals with a track record of success in international voice or blended processes.
• Work Schedule: Must be willing to work in rotational and night shifts.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Location: Must be comfortable working from our office in Pune.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:
• Freshers: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 (in-hand), equating to approximately ₹3 LPA.
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹6.5 LPA, with a 30% hike on your last drawn salary.
