Job Description – Chat Process (Non‑Voice) :-

We are hiring candidates for a Chat Support Process with good typing skills and communication abilities. Great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria -

• Education: Graduation is mandatory (B.Com / B.A./ BBA / BSC )
• Experience: Fresher to max 3 years
• Typing Speed: 25 WPM with 95% accuracy
• Communication: Excellent written communication skills
• Not Eligible: BCA, B.Tech, or candidates from technical backgrounds

Job Requirements -

• Provide customer support through chat and messaging channels
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and professionalism in responses
• Ability to work in night shifts (8:30 PM–6 AM or 11 PM–8:30 AM)
• Comfortable working on Indian festivals/holidays (24/7 environment)
• Overtime will be paid as per company norms
• 5 working days, rotational roster
• Training period: 2 months (no leaves allowed during this time)
