Job Description
Preferred Candidate Profile -
- Graduation mandatory.
- Experienced candidates can only apply for this post. Must have minimum 1 Year of experience with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months salary slip.
- Must have excellent command in English spoken & written.
Working Schedule:
- 5 days working and 2 days rotational off.
- Graveyard Shift.
- Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.

Transport facilities available for both side ( must be inside hiring zone )
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international calls from clients across various time zones (US/UK).
- Work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work with a team of agents handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
