Job Description

Preferred Candidate Profile -

  • Graduation mandatory.
  • Experienced candidates can only apply for this post. Must have minimum 1 Year of experience with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months salary slip.
  • Must have excellent command in English spoken & written.

Working Schedule:

  • 5 days working and 2 days rotational off.
  • Graveyard Shift.
  • Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.

*******Salary Range - 18k Take Home, CTC up to 22k (With Incentives)******

Transport facilities available for both side ( must be inside hiring zone )

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international calls from clients across various time zones (US/UK).
  • Work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Participate in blended processes where you will be required to work with a team of agents handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
