Job Summary

We are hiring experienced International Chat Support professionals for a leading Banking process in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and prior experience in international chat support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide support through international chat.
• Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined turnaround times.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Follow banking process guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and updating of customer interactions.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate and Post graduate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Chat Support.
• Candidates should have experience in the Banking domain.
• Typing speed: 50 WPM.
• Typing accuracy: 90% or above.
• Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be within the age limit of 30 years.
• Candidates should be willing to work from Hyderabad.
