Sone India is seeking a dynamic Internal Communication Lead to serve as the voice of our organization. This pivotal role requires someone with strong content creation abilities and a keen understanding of brand alignment and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Research and create engaging content on various industry topics.
• Ensure alignment of all parts of the factory as per the brand guidelines.
• Regularly engage with internal teams to generate content for monthly newsletters.
• Work closely with creative agencies to fulfill the internal communications requirements of the team.
• Prepare monthly analysis reports of communication activities.
• Benchmark internal communications practices with industry peers.
• Align with and promote our core values of sustainability in every piece of content created.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Marketing.
• Proficiency in industry research and content curation.
• Strong question-framing abilities for data gathering.
• Proven content development and evaluation prowess.
• Keen eye for identifying and leveraging corporate communication opportunities.
• Solid understanding of creative agency operations.
• Alignment with sustainable practices and values.
• Flexibility to work in a team as well as in the capacity of an individual contributor.
