Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPA Business Analyst with expertise in Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, and Techno-Functional Consulting to join our Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes, and create comprehensive process design documentation for RPA implementations. You will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide automation initiatives and delivering process optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDDs) and functional documentation for RPA projects.
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process re-engineering.
• Perform process variation analysis and data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business users, RPA developers, solution architects, and project teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Support solution design, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Design, and Process Improvement.
• At least 3 years of experience preparing Process Design Documents (PDDs) for RPA implementations.
• Hands-on experience leading process improvement and process redesign initiatives, preferably within the Finance domain.
• Strong expertise in:

• Business Process Engineering (BPE)
• Workflow and Process Flow Analysis
• Data Analysis
• Gap Analysis
• Experience working with one or more leading RPA platforms:
• Blue Prism
• UiPath
• Automation Anywhere
• Strong understanding of UML diagrams, workflow modelling, and business process documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to create clean, structured, and maintainable documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Blue Prism Certification.
• Knowledge of Blue Prism Process Intelligence and Process Mining.
• Understanding of Blue Prism architecture and infrastructure components.
• Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and production deployments.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation or intelligent automation initiatives.
