Job description

• 12 years experience in a producer position at a creative agency or marketing organisation.
• Experienced in managing creative resourcing or managing creative teams internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in cross-functional delivery of creatively led initiatives.
• Strong marketing communication expertise at both strategic and execution level.
• Inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic and highly matrix organisation. An avid planner, organised and adept at driving multi-disciplined teams forward.
• Strong project and time management skills, highly adaptable at shifting gears quickly.
• Deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills.
• You have strong relationships with the creative and production community that bring an in-depth knowledge of resources and production vendors.
• Spent considerable number of years living and working in India will be beneficial.
