We are looking for an experienced Insurance Manager - Automobile to join our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the automobile insurance portfolio, creating and refining insurance policies, and ensuring adherence to all applicable industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the automobile insurance portfolio.
• Create, develop, and implement insurance policies and procedures designed to reduce risk.
• Review and analyze market trends to uncover opportunities for growth within automobile insurance.
• Work closely with underwriting and claims teams to support customer satisfaction and ensure streamlined service delivery.
• Deliver training sessions to team members covering automobile insurance products and regulatory compliance.
• Track, measure, and assess insurance product performance to drive maximum profitability.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience in the insurance sector, specifically in automobile insurance.
• Solid knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards in India.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in insurance software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and collaborating with team members.
• Capability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
