Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our team in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality content that aligns with our business goals and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics and identify content gaps.
• Create compelling headlines and body copy for various media types.
• Produce well-researched content.
• Utilize best practices to enhance content visibility.
• Collaborate with the training team and clients.
• Follow an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Repurpose content for different platforms, including static imagery and videos.
• Update Knowledge Portals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with latest updates in the process.

Requirements:

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools and software like E learning tools Articulate 360, Figma, Raise etc.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a BPO or similar fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
