Instructional Design Specialist (Organizational Change Management)

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a seasoned Instructional Design Specialist to enhance our Organizational Change Management (OCM) and digital transformation efforts by creating effective learning solutions.
• The successful applicant will develop interactive training programs, eLearning content, adoption resources, and performance support tools that facilitate employee readiness, adoption, and overall business transformation.
• This position mandates proficiency in instructional design practices, learning technologies, stakeholder engagement, and content creation, with the capability to convert intricate processes and systems into impactful learning experiences.

Primary Duties:

• Design and produce instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning training programs.
• Conduct assessments to determine learning needs and develop role-specific learning solutions.
• Create Course Design Documents (CDDs), storyboards, assessments, job aids, user guides, and training materials.
• Produce captivating digital learning resources, including videos, simulations, and performance support tools.
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs), change managers, and business stakeholders to collect and confirm content.
• Oversee content review cycles, approvals, version management, and training delivery schedules.
• Lead training sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and knowledge transfer workshops.
• Assist in employee adoption initiatives, communication strategies, and organizational change efforts.
• Monitor training effectiveness, gather learner feedback, and track adoption metrics.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to expedite content development and enhance personalized learning experiences.

Technical Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Development, Talent Development, or OCM.
• Comprehensive understanding of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning Design, and adult learning theories.
• Experience in creating eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning solutions.

• Microsoft 365 Suite
• PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning analytics, and training reporting.
• Experience in developing learning videos, simulations, assessments, and performance support materials.
• Knowledge of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, and Synthesia.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, PLM, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR change impact assessments and OCM methodologies.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and user adoption metrics.
• Exposure to graphic design, video editing, accessibility standards, and LMS administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
