Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with assigned accounts and customers from other Soft cell BUs, helping them unlock the full potential of Mobility BU solutions.
- Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities in the Apple ecosystem and JAMF solutions.
- Engage with IT decision makers, procurement teams, and business stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to educate and guide customers on Soft cell's offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations and solution consultations.
- Work with marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay updated on Apple product releases, JAMF solutions, and market trends to better serve customers.
