Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional after-sales service.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of product features and benefits to communicate effectively with customers.
- Sales Process Management: Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately track prospects through the purchasing process.
- Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors' products to stay informed and competitive.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management on outcomes and new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences or related field; a diploma in marketing is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in life sciences or related products.
