Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Cold-call and email prospective customers in the US and Europe to generate leads and opportunities.
- Account Management: Identify target accounts, plan sales calls, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver online product demos and sales presentations to prospects and clients.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline. Experience with email marketing and analytical tools is required.
- Customer Service & Success: Assist with customer service and success initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Closure: Close deals and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to contribute to a positive, innovative work culture.
- Agile Development Mindset: Understand and adopt lean startup and agile development principles for continuous iteration and improvement.
Desired Skills:
- At least 2 years of direct experience in an Inside Sales role (preferably in a SaaS company).
- Cold-calling and email marketing experience, particularly targeting US and Europe markets.
- CRM software proficiency.
- Strong account management skills, with experience managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Experience with product demos and online sales presentations.
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment, with a keen attention to detail.
- Good writing and oral communication skills.
- A lean startup mindset, comfortable working in an agile development environment.
