Job Description

• The purpose of this position is to manage daily maintenance operations with a team of maintenance personnel to ensure machine and equipment availability, reliability, efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards for production.
• Repair and Maintenance
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to rectify issues identified during inspections or troubleshooting.
• Maintenance reporting and spares planning
• Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status to stakeholders. Track key department KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, PMI completion and other relevant metrics. Keep track of spare parts inventory, plan and initiate procurement processes as needed.
• ask allocation and monitoring
• Allocate maintenance tasks, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities to team members based on skill levels, workload, and equipment needs. Plan regular inspections to identify potential issues, wear and tear, or signs of malfunction, and address them before they escalate.
• Trouble shooting
• Maintenance analysis and optimization.
