IN_RBIC_Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager_Manufacturing Quality

Job Description

1. In house, incoming and dispatch quality control
2. Failure parts records and analysis
3. Coordination and execution of decision for release /hold/reject parts
4. Preparation of quality MIS on daily and monthly basis for top management
5. Participating for internal and external audits to make sure zero non conformance
6. Process confirmations in logistics and internal processes
7. Shelf life monitoring
8. Define quality instructions & concern people to follow.
9. Initiation & execution of 8D problem solving methods for internal and external customers
10. Maintain defined PPM level
11. Daily evaluation of error costs on a shift basis
12. Reduce error costs in cooperation with planning
13. Apply BBM compass process on shop floor
14. Uncover fields of action to reduce error costs and introduce corrective measures
15.  Leading the quality round in daily management ( if necessary extra round with PQA)
16. Maintain restricted storage according to the specification process confirmation and process topics.

Qualifications

B.E Graduate Engineer (Automobile/Production/Mechanical) Exp - 3- 4 years
