Injection Moulding Operator

• Candidate should be science graduate.

• Should have 3/4 years of work experience in same field.

Key responsibilities

• Machine operation: Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to job specifications, adjusting settings for temperature, pressure, and volume.
• Quality control: Visually inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Trim excess material as needed.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, clean the machinery, and perform minor repairs. Troubleshoot issues and report problems to supervisors.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of production, including cycle times, scrap rates, and machine settings.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Material handling: Manage the feeding of raw materials into the machines and prepare packaging for finished products.
• Collaboration: Work with other team members to meet production targets and follow written procedures.
