Infrastructure Lead - IT (SysOps Engineer)

 Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and operate Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Manage server virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware.
• Manage server and storage resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement agile, scalable infrastructure solutions with advanced monitoring and alerting.
• Establish and enforce best practice tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across all system support phases.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve connection, reliability, and performance issues.
• Engage with vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents and requests.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (primarily PowerShell) to drive innovation and operational efficiencies independently of automation tools.
• Validate system upgrades and patches as needed.
