Informatica PC App Support

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Informatica PowerCenter Application Support Engineer with 3 5 years of experience to support, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL applications built on Informatica PowerCenter
• The successful candidate will have hands on experience in production support, including incident management, job monitoring, issue resolution, and data analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver L2/L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter ETL applications
• Monitor daily batch loads and confirm successful completion of ETL workflows
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL processes and data loads
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Manage incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with SLA
• Monitor workflow sessions and mappings in Informatica PowerCenter
• Collaborate with development, database, and business teams to support issue resolution
• Verify data integrity and perform data reconciliation between source and target systems
• Support deployment activities across Development, QA, and Production environments
• Create, update, and maintain operational documentation including SOPs and support runbooks
• Take part in on call support and release activities as required

Technical Requirements:

• Experience with Informatica workflow scheduling tools
• Exposure to Control M, Autosys, or other enterprise schedulers
• Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Understanding of DevOps and release management processes
