Informatica Developer

Description

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter
• Design and implement data integration solutions to ensure data quality and integrity
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integration and ETL processes
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for production systems

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Experience with data modeling and data integration best practices
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
