Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Industry Consultant for Insurance, you will help insurance organizations navigate modernization journeys by aligning business strategy with digital capabilities. In this role, you will apply industry expertise to drive business outcomes, with an emphasis on enhancing customer engagement and implementing data-driven risk assessment models.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Business Strategy Alignment: Align business strategy with digital capabilities across underwriting, claims, and policy administration to drive modernization journeys.
• Digital Capability Implementation: Use industry acumen to drive automation and improve customer engagement.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Design, develop, and enhance Duck Creek Claims v10 components, configurations, and extensions for FNOL, coverage determination, workflows, financials (reserves/payments), subrogation/recoveries, diaries/assignments, and document generation.

• Build and maintain diaries/assignments, and document generation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Duck Creek Claims and upstream/downstream systems (policy/b diaries/assignments, and document generation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Duck Creek Claims and upstream/downstream systems (policy/billing, document management, payments, notifications, reporting) using REST APIs and .NET services.
