Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing waste while maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires a deep understanding of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and optimize productivity.
• Develop and refine work standards, production layouts, and process documentation.
• Utilize time and motion studies to improve labor productivity and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Design and implement automation solutions where applicable to streamline operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in capacity planning and forecasting to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by evaluating manufacturing feasibility and optimizing production methods.
