We are seeking an experienced Industrial Director to lead our manufacturing operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial management and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts for the industrial division.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and operational staff.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 11-15 years of experience in industrial operations or manufacturing management.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in India.
