Incoming Quality Assurance Claim Engineer

1.   Responsible for Incoming quality assurance of electronic components and PCB

2.   Responsible for Complaint management of supplier quality issues and ensure prompt resolution via containment and effective corrective actions.

3.   Responsible for PCB – ISIR and Series sample measurement for Q assurance

4.   Deliver the Production with Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets of the incoming parts .

5.   Perform routine Inspection of the raw materials at incoming and participate in routine GEMBA for quality assurance

6.   Analyze Q rejections by Pareto, Cause & Effect Diagram, Root cause Analysis & 5Whys.

7.   Documentation of defect analysis with 8D report on TRC and MRC for closure.

8.   Ensuring the maintenance & calibration of measurement equipment according to the industry standard to meet the inspection requirements

9. Responsible for reporting the Major Quality problem w.r.t electronic components and take necessary actions.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

1. 5+year of experience working in Electronics / PCB Industry

2. Experience in Manufacturing process of electronic parts / PCB / SMT Manufacturing Process

2. Knowledge in electronic / PCB design tools, industry standards and regulations, test, and electrical systems to maintain quality and safety in the components

3. Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools - PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP processes , QMS, IATF..

 4. Experience in Problem solving tools (8D, A3PSS, etc..) and Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Lean manufacturing and SAP system.

5. Knowledge / Experience of using the data analytical tools is an added advantage
