Key Responsibilities

• Should have at least 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense administration.
• Experience in Data warehousing Concepts and data warehousing hands on experience.
• Advance SQL knowledge.
• Data Ingestion (Handling different file patterns and file formats, Different load patterns, ETL & ELT concepts).
• Install, configure and manage Qlik Sense servers and environments.
• Perform routine monitoring, tuning and maintenance of the Qlik Sense platform.
• Implement security protocols including user management, role assignments and data governance.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of the Qlik Sense environment.
• Apply patches, updates and upgrades to the Qlik Sense software and server infrastructure.
• Oversee the integration of data sources with Qlik Sense from various databases, APIs and data warehouses.
• Manage data connections, set up scheduled data reloads and troubleshoot data refresh issues.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve any issues related to Qlik Sense dashboards and applications.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application or performance-related issues.
• Train business users on best practices and optimal use of Qlik Sense tools.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational policies.
• Monitor user access and data permissions ensuring that sensitive information is secure.
• Regularly audit the system for vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.
• Work closely with business analysts, data architects and developers to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Document system configurations, processes and troubleshooting procedures.
