Implementation Specialist

• Maintain end-user technologies/apps that support client deliverable production.
• Become expert with the taxonomy structure and maintain data integrity.
• Validate data and support internal clients regarding new data additions.
• Learn about products, processes, and product delivery lifecycle.
• Propose, manage, and pilot process improvement projects in coordination with Ops and IT.
• Troubleshoot problems/issues and provide support to the team.
• Provide level 1 support to clients in their use of apps and data service products.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a data management/governance or equivalent role.
• Hands-on experience in modelling, automating, and implementing reporting needs.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis understanding.
• Financial services industry exposure is an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

Required Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of Python and/or Excel VBA macro programming.
• Strong proficiency in SQL to edit and run queries.
• Familiarity with Data Governance principles.
• Experience with QlikView/NPrinting or similar apps is an advantage.
