Opening for Senior Executive - IT.

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, he will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organizations IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience and possess a strong skill set in Windows Server Operating Systems, Firewall, Backups, Troubleshooting Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system operation.
• Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Ensure the stable operation of our Windows server infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, file and GPOs.
• Implements changes to the production environment as specified by user and/or management
• Confers with user departments regularly to identify computerization needs and determines how the desired results can be achieved.
• Collaborating with other IT staff and Employees to ensure the smooth operation of systems and services
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience : 5+ Years in IT (System Administration)

BPO and Medical Billing Company Experience are preferred.
