Description

We are seeking a skilled IICS Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting cloud-based applications, specifically Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, and will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) applications and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to IICS functionalities and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance product features and performance based on user feedback.
  • Document technical procedures, resolutions, and best practices for internal knowledge base.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new users on IICS functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in supporting cloud-based applications, preferably Informatica IICS.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
