IDAM Senior Technical Specialist

• To provide IDAM consultancy services and 3 rd line technical support to our CoE and global technical community.
• To integrate applications into our IDAM service for the purpose of authentication, authorisation and provisioning where available.
• To onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required.
• To assist in the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
• To coach the IDAM technical support team to enhance their technical understanding.
• To manage designated technical team members.
• To maintain CMDB Service Catalogue technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items.
• To participate in the IDAM Change Management process.

What youll need:

• Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product
• An expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
• Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
• A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support implementations.
• Experience of working with global teams.
• Experience of working in large scale, high complexity environments.
