Develop and manage IBM BPM, FileNet, and IBM BAW Case Manager workflow solutions
Lead migration of IBM BAW and workflow processes to cloud-native architectures
Design scalable, secure, and robust workflow architectures using public cloud platforms
Create migration strategies including timelines, risk mitigation, and resource planning
Manage data transformation ensuring data integrity and availability during migration
Implement CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments for workflow deployments
Troubleshoot IBM BPM, FileNet, and BAW environments and resolve root cause issues
Perform Linux (RHEL 8/9) server administration and VM operations
Handle upgrades of FileNet, IBM BPM, and BAW environments
Work with OpenShift and AWS (added advantage)
Manage incidents, changes, and problems using ServiceNow
Identify and mitigate infrastructure security vulnerabilities
Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams for workflow execution
Maintain technical documentation for workflow systems and architecture
Manage vendors and ensure service delivery compliance
Provide technical leadership and support across legacy and modern BPM systems
