About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated for IBA Presales - SME

  • Role: IBA Presales - SME
  • Location: Pune/Bangalore
  • Experience: 16 - 22 Years
  • Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

  • Pre-sales Profile Conversant with Low-code Platform (Appian/OutSystems /MS Power Apps) techno-functional capabilities
  • At least 5+ years Appian/OutSystems experience & overall 8-12 + years of Industry experience
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Automation (LCNC/ RPA/ Conversiional AI) trends and best practices
  • Good Knowledge of Gen AI with IBA platforms trends and best practices
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the maturity to handle client facing situations
  • Ability to interact with clients project stakeholders to discuss & Gather requirements/ discuss solution possibilities
  • Understand clients key requirements and propose solution fitment best suited from pre-sales engagement
  • Discuss & gather requirements/ discuss solution possibilities for presales solution
  • Manage technical project POC requirements execution and solution delivery, demo's and rollout
  • Manage pre-sales practice, collateral artifacts, support CoE initiatives
  • Maintain a connect with Delivery, Sales, other verticals to grow proactive proposal volume
  • Inclination to create pre-sales solutions for complex business requirements keeping track of IBA offerings
  • Ownership of overall proposal and client presentation delivery to drive outcomes
  • Professional experience as Architect or willingness to be technical/ hands on
  • Design and build technical solutions based on business POC needs and drivers
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism) desired
  • Knolwedge of Conversational AI Platform
  • Knowledge of Process Consulting and Process mining
  • Knowledge or professional experience of Java and / or .NET Desired
  • Knowledge or professional experience of Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge or professional experience developing Mobile Apps with Appian/OutSystems- Preferred
  • L2 or higher Certification in Appian (or similar low-code/no-code platforms) - Preferred

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Own proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses end-to-end
  • Research competing products/solutions and changing paradigms in the context of latest trends in domain and technology
  • Capable of interacting with and influencing R&D and Professional Services, and Technical Solution selling executives
  • Identify and help build new service offerings
  • Lead proof-of-concept (POC's) for client opportunities
  • Capability presentation to prospects
  • Front-end key customer engagements from domain perspective
  • Provide consultation to delivery teams on domain side
  • Ability to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from high level requirements.
  • Assist Sales team's with proposal pitches
