IAM Quality Analyst

Black And White Business Solutions is actively seeking a skilled IAM Quality Analyst to ensure the highest quality and security of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IAM Testing, a deep understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, and hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms such as SailPoint and CyberArk. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing test strategies, identifying defects, and contributing to the overall integrity and reliability of our IAM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• IAM Testing: Proven hands-on experience in testing Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for various IAM components.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Strong understanding of core IAM concepts, principles, and processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access governance, authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM).
• SailPoint: Experience with testing solutions built on or integrating with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), including understanding of its workflows, rules, and connectors.
• CyberArk: Familiarity and experience with testing CyberArk solutions, particularly for Privileged Access Management (PAM) components, including Safe, CPM, PSM, and PVWA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for IAM solutions, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for various IAM functionalities, including user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, password management, and privileged access.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and collaborate with developers to ensure effective bug fixes.
• Perform integration testing between IAM solutions and various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, cloud applications, databases).
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly focusing on quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to understand requirements and ensure testability of features.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and automation frameworks within the IAM domain.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards during testing.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate test results to stakeholders effectively.
