IAM Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects, enhancements, and operations focused on IAM (Identity and Access Management) services, including:
• Privilege Management
• Identity Management
• Authentication and Authorization
• Maintenance of IAM services and applications
• Key Services and Applications (including but not limited to):
• MFA (Symantec VIP)
• SVIP Credential maintenance
• SSL (DigiCert, Key Factor)
• Creating External/Internal SSL Certificates
• PUM (CyberArk)
• Service Account Creation
• Team Safe Creation and Maintenance
• Server Maintenance
• Azure PIM
• Add/Remove S accounts through Access Requests
• IGA (SailPoint)
• Active Directory / ADLDS
• Group Maintenance (Add/Delete/Modify)
• AWS
• Access Support (Provisioning)
• SSO (F5)
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Manage and facilitate all alerts for in-scope application services
• Maintain and reduce ServiceNow backlog
• Handle minor enhancements, support, maintenance, and upgrades

• Working experience in:
