IAM Consultant – Technology Lead
Job Description
• Act as IAM point of contact for assigned applications and manage end-to-end Identity and Access Management lifecycle
• Provide guidance and consultation to application technical teams for completion of annual self-attestations
• Audit and review supporting documentation provided by application SMEs to ensure compliance with IAM policies and controls
• Manage access request processing as per defined procedures while meeting SLA and OLA requirements
• Resolve incidents and problem tickets related to corporate and commercial applications and support security analysts
• Perform role mining and role engineering for role-based access control across enterprise and acquired applications
• Identify and recommend process automation opportunities in existing access management workflows
• Ensure compliance with enterprise IAM governance, audit standards, and security frameworks
• Support onboarding and enrollment of enterprise-wide applications into IAM systems
