Hyperion Adminstrator

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperion Administrator with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and maintaining Hyperion applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The candidate should be well-versed in finance-related processes and possess excellent technical skills to support our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Hyperion applications including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, and Essbase.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the Hyperion environment.
• Implement and manage user access and security settings in the Hyperion applications.
• Coordinate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and implement Hyperion solutions.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning for Hyperion applications.
• Develop and maintain Hyperion reports, dashboards, and data integration processes.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in Hyperion administration and support.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Essbase.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with Hyperion data integration tools such as FDMEE or Data Management.
• Knowledge of system architecture, performance tuning, and data modeling in Hyperion.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
