Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Hybrid Cloud Test and Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the ongoing delivery of high-quality products to stakeholders by designing, executing, and maintaining automated testing environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Test and Automation Engineer to guarantee the continuous delivery of products.
• Design and update test environments and code, executing automated test scenarios.
• Work closely with development and system test teams to ensure product quality, usability, and serviceability.
• Implement continuous delivery and testing practices using open-source DevOps tools and solutions.
• Validate product functions/components to confirm they align with design specifications.
• Independently manage testing and debugging tasks.
• Collaborate effectively as a strong team player, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Proven experience in Cloud and System architecture, Linux/Unix, Virtualization, and Firmware testing.

• Hands-on experience in Cloud or Virtualization environments.
• Proficiency in automation languages and tools, including Python, JavaScript, and Cypress Automation.
• Experience in administering Linux/UNIX systems and utilizing CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Sonar, JFrog).
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Capability to work effectively under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Experience in developing test plans, creating test cases from requirements/design documents, and producing reports.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Experience with tools such as Cypress, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, or their equivalents.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant industry experience.
