Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation via cold calling and networking with HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, and end-users
- Promote and sell products including Pressure, Temperature, Level, Air & Water Quality Sensors
- Client visits for demonstrations, solution presentations, and product pitch
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities
- Submit quotations, handle negotiations, and close deals
- Regularly update market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events
- Submit weekly visit schedules and follow-up action reports
- Willingness to travel frequently for client interactions
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Sales experience in HVAC/BMS systems and instrumentation
- Technical understanding of automation and sensor products
- Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to meet targets.
