Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit candidates for various sectors like Manufacturing, Banking, Finance, Chemical, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, CRO, and other industries.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and networking channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job specifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and finalizing offers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 1–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
  • Exposure to recruitment across multiple sectors is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
  • Good networking and relationship-building skills.
