Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Initiatives: Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support organizational growth.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract, retain, and develop talent.
• Compliance & Labour Laws: Ensure adherence to employment laws, labor regulations, and welfare policies for all employees, including daily wage workers.
• Employee Welfare & Engagement:Oversee welfare programs, address employee concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
• Organizational Change Collaboration: Partner with management to implement organizational changes, workforce planning, and HR process improvements.
