Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different business segments.
• Efficiently handle bulk and niche hiring requirements.
• Support Talent Acquisition (TA) operations, including pre-onboarding formalities and continuous candidate engagement.
• Execute ad hoc HR/TA tasks to ensure operational excellence within the department.
• Provide a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and external partners to meet staffing needs.

What We're Seeking

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in both bulk and niche hiring environments.
• Proficiency in pre-onboarding formalities and vendor coordination.
