Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
- Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new joiners by coordinating induction programs and paperwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities or related field (Talent Acquisition & Selection).
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of human resource management principles, including recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques.
