Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new joiners by coordinating induction programs and paperwork.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities or related field (Talent Acquisition & Selection).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of human resource management principles, including recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques.
