Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Oversee and manage large-scale blue-collar workforce operations.
  2. Handle attrition, attendance, absenteeism, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  3. Lead employee engagement initiatives and resolve grievances promptly.
  4. Manage payroll queries, incentive calculations, and generate reports for stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the recruitment, deployment, and exit processes of manpower.
  2. Ensure smooth operations and address employee-related issues such as grievances.
  3. Maintain data accuracy and share reports with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
