Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR)
Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in recruitment and office administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
