Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in Human Resources (HR)

Experience:

  • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in recruitment and office administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR reporting.
  • Support training and development initiatives for staff.
