Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives are integrated into the business plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expert guidance on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans, to foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, while promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in HR policies and processes.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
