Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop, manage, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure timely collection and proper filing of candidate documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate with the Finance Manager for accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, and statutory compliance.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient operations in the country office.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring purchases align with budgetary guidelines.
- Manage vendor relationships and liaise with government or regulatory bodies as needed.
Training, Development & Performance Management
- Facilitate employee training, career development, and performance maintenance programs.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Investigate employee relations issues and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices.
Leadership & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, organizational policies, and HR best practices.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through transparent communication and effective leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in HR and administrative management roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle employee grievances, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Experience with vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
