HR Recruiters

We are seeking dynamic HR Recruiters to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves maintaining candidate pipelines and collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates actively through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes thoroughly and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently with hiring managers.
• Maintain robust candidate pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and specific requirements.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information.

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting is a plus.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with candidates.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
