Sone India is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in non-IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet hiring targets within deadlines for a variety of roles across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries.
• Understand client requirements and create suitable sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and references.
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with clients.
• Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress regularly.
• Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of non-IT roles and recruitment channels.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
