Job Title and Core Responsibilities

As a Human Resources (HR) Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting organizations with exceptional talent. Your primary duties include:

• Assessing and understanding the hiring requirements of clients.
• Reviewing and interpreting job descriptions provided by clients.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to formulate effective sourcing strategies.
• Identifying and attracting suitable candidates via various job portals and alternative sourcing channels.
• Conducting screening, shortlisting, and interview processes for potential candidates.
• Coordinating candidate interviews and scheduling based on client needs.
• Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
• Updating candidate and client information accurately in the CRM database.
• Ensuring candidate retention during the replacement and onboarding period.
