HR Recruiter

Blueberry Digital Labs is looking for a skilled HR Recruiter who can join us immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual who can build strong relationships with candidates and help us grow our team.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for sourcing the best talent for the company within set timelines.
• Search for suitable candidates as per the company's requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social platforms, professional networking, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assist in all recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with candidates and HR to schedule interviews and follow up regularly.
• Maintain contact with offered candidates until their joining date and ensure all formalities are completed.
• Communicate with all candidates on a regular basis, providing a positive experience.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Education:

• MBA, MIB, or PGDM candidates are eligible to apply.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong familiarity with HR policies and Company's Act.
• The ability to manage a complete recruitment cycle.
