HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 2+ years of recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of pharma roles, regulations, and industry-specific hiring practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
